There was the DLC that gave the game sim like handling, and I remember it was a DLC that cost a bit, but made the game quite fun.

If the owners of the video, and no I don't mean the person who shot the video, had offered it as STOCK footage, then it means anyone can use it. Sure the guy who shot it may not be aware that it has been used, but that doesn't mean he or his business/company has never allowed the footage to be used as stock.
